1lb - vision
5 gallons - unconditional love
2 scoops - positive experiences with mother and father figures
4 tablespoons - patience
1 dollop - empathy
3 dashes - high expectations
2 teaspoons - discipline
6 pints - consistency
2 1/2 cups - structure
1/4 cup - open communication
1,000 pinches - encouragement and praise
8 tablespoons - honesty
3 sticks - safe, secure & healthy environment
5 smidgens - reflective nature
2 handfuls - spiritual foundation
4 oz. - sense of humor

Preparation -

Parenting is not a piece of cake. It is best not to start, if this recipe cannot be followed. The
ingredients are costly and cost-cutting can ruin the final product. Combining the items can
also be tricky. Stirring the mixture is draining and frustrating. Baking times vary depending
on the child. Lord knows that good help is hard to find. However, when prepared as directed,
all the sacrifices, sweat, and tears are worth the servings that will come from your wonderful
creation.
